Vo2max Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the vo2max platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Vo2max services are available only to individuals who:
- At least 18 years old at the time of registration;
- Being resident in or accessing the platform from countries that permit participation in online betting activities;
- Capable of making legally binding decisions and not subject to any legal or judicial restriction that prohibits use of this platform;
- Has never been banned, suspended, or permanently prohibited from using the vo2max platform or any related platform previously.
Vo2max reserves the right to request age and identity verification from any user at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.

2. Account Creation, Security & Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the vo2max platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identification document, a valid email address, and an active phone number. You are fully responsible for keeping your personal information current should any changes occur.
Account passwords are your sole responsibility. vo2max will never request your password via email, message, or phone call. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify our support team at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Using an account on behalf of a third party, transferring an account to another individual, or using an account for commercial purposes without prior written consent from vo2max is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the vo2max platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name — the use of cards or bank accounts belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and further action.
Vo2max accepts deposits via approved methods including FPX, local e-wallets, and online bank transfers. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set on the platform. Successfully completed deposit amounts will be credited to your account after transaction verification, usually within a few seconds to minutes depending on the method chosen.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in specific circumstances requiring special approval from the vo2max team. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed identity verification. vo2max reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
Any taxes, stamp duties, or related charges arising from use of the platform are solely the user's responsibility under applicable Malaysian law.

4. Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limitations
Users agree to use the vo2max platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and recreational purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools designed to manipulate the system or gain an unfair advantage;
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other users to defraud the platform;
- Deliberately exploiting any technical errors, system bugs, or inaccurate pricing;
- Using the platform for money laundering or funding illegal activities;
- Distributing unlawful, harmful, threatening, or disruptive content to other users through the platform.
Vo2max is not liable for any loss, damage, service disruption, or missed opportunity arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to technical issues, server downtime, or system errors beyond our reasonable control. vo2max's liability to any user at any time shall not exceed the current balance held in that user's account.

5. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Vo2max reserves the right to suspend, block, or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
- The user is found to have violated any part of these terms;
- Suspicious activity has been detected on the account, indicating potential fraud or abuse;
- The user failed to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe;
- Account inactive beyond the specified period without any transactions;
- Required by legal authorities or valid court orders.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, vo2max reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Should the investigation find no breach, the balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Terms Changes
Intellectual Property
All content on the vo2max platform, including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and databases, is the exclusive property of vo2max or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any such elements without prior written permission from vo2max.
Third-Party Links
The vo2max platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. vo2max is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Vo2max reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform after publication of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the vo2max platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if unsuccessful, through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
